Don’t forget, Ruby’s Diner Fundraiser in the Avenue of the Peninsula Mall in Rolling Hills (across from Ice Chalet). Every 4th Wednesday of the month (breakfast, lunch OR dinner.) Ruby’s (in the Avenue of the Peninsula Mall in Rolling Hills - across from Ice Chalet) will donate 20% of your receipt to the South Bay Sunsets. Make sure you take your bill to the counter, and write your skater’s name, bill total, and check number (as indicated on the bill.) Skaters will receive 20% of the bill total into their individual account. Please note: if the skater name is not indicated on the bill, the Ruby’s donation will go directly into the general fund.
